Posture Awareness and Practice with PRT

He was able to open my eyes to the repetitiveness of my sliding back into incorrect posture, the need for strengthening the core to support a lengthened spine, and the micro-practice of awareness, stretching and strengthening needed to maintain a corrected posture.
